Draft agreement and operator
These terms are prepared for legal review and are not a final launch agreement. Toggle is provided by Forfeit, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, at 2261 Market St #5010, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States, which is the contracting entity and bills paid plans. Its affiliate Bush St, Inc. holds the Apple developer account that distributes the Toggle apps and the Apple device-management certificate used to deliver the service. Contact: support@togglemyphone.com. The effective date must be confirmed. No new agreement is imposed merely by displaying this draft.
Eligibility and permitted use
The proposed service is for adults using their own compatible devices for self-control. Supply accurate account information, protect your credentials, and enroll devices only with proper authority and informed consent. Do not use Toggle for coercion, surveillance, unlawful access or interference with another person’s device.
Software licence and ownership
Subject to the final agreement, Toggle grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software for its intended purpose. Toggle and its licensors retain their intellectual-property rights. Third-party open-source licences remain applicable; these terms do not limit rights those licences grant.
Setup and data loss
Supervision and recovery may erase a device. The current test helper does not create or restore backups. Make a verified backup and review the device-specific warnings before authorizing preparation. Hardware, OS, Apple service and network requirements can affect compatibility.
Commitments and safety
You choose apps and commitment times. Manual ending can require the paired computer; timed sessions and scheduled windows are designed not to end early, except that they end if your plan ends or you delete your account. Keep essential communications, authentication and safety resources accessible. Toggle is not medical treatment, emergency monitoring or a guarantee against bypass.
Delivery and disconnection
After setup, blocks start and end over the internet, so your iPhone must be online. Installed restrictions may remain after an end time until your iPhone reconnects and confirms removal. A queued change is not proof of enforcement; Toggle shows a block as on only after your iPhone confirms it.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed by Forfeit, Inc. through Stripe, in US dollars: $4.99 per week, $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled, or $99.99 once for lifetime access. A first subscription includes a 7-day trial that converts to the chosen plan unless cancelled before it ends. Cancel anytime in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Blocking needs an active plan: when a plan ends, any running block ends and new blocks and schedules cannot start until you subscribe again. Charges appear as TOGGLEBLOCKER.COM. Sales tax is added where Forfeit, Inc. is required to collect it. For refund requests contact support@togglemyphone.com; rights required by law are preserved. Toggle is separate from the Forfeit goal app; Forfeit goal-failure charges do not apply to Toggle.
Privacy and permissions
Review the privacy and device-management disclosures before enrollment. Permission to administer a device is limited to the stated service. Account deletion requests and statutory privacy rights remain separate from restrictions deliberately chosen in the product.
Suspension, termination and recovery
Serious misuse may require proportionate restriction of service. You can delete your account in Settings. That cancels your subscription, ends every block and removes Toggle from each device the next time it connects; see toggleblocker.com/account-deletion. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
Warranties and liability
Test builds are experimental and may fail. Applicable statutory guarantees and non-excludable liabilities are preserved. Counsel must approve any permitted warranty disclaimer, liability cap or allocation of losses; this draft does not import Forfeit’s arbitration or monetary commitment clauses.
Disputes, changes and contact
Governing law, venue, complaints, notices and any dispute-resolution provisions await the operating entity and counsel’s review. Material changes require legally appropriate notice. Contact support@togglemyphone.com about the service or billing.
